It is important for us that you are satisfied with your journey and experience on board. If you feel that your expectations for a trip or product have not been met or if a response has been experienced negatively, then you should of course contact us.
We will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied and that the error is not repeated.
We respond as soon as we can, usually within 14 days. The more information we have about your case, the faster we can help you. Save the receipt for the journey that your complaint applies to, until you have heard from us.
